Independent progress review 2012
Last year, as required under the terms of our £78 million strategic grant agreement from the UK Department for International Development, VSO commissioned an external independent progress review (IPR).
The report said many positive things about VSO staff and volunteers, and identified some projects as our "most impressive successes". But it also identified some areas for improvement.
In response to the report’s recommendations, we have established an Impact and Effectiveness programme to take forward our response to the report’s recommendations.
