Maternity and adoption leave
If you qualify, you will receive enhanced maternity pay and up to 52 weeks of leave.
Paternity leave
Working fathers are offered up to two weeks of paid paternity leave.
Dependent care leave
You will receive up to five days paid leave per annum in order to deal with unforeseen situations relating to your dependents.
Flexible working
To help you balance your work and personal life commitments, we offer the right to request flexible working and will try to accommodate this where possible. Any arrangement will have to be agreed directly with your line manager.
Childcare Voucher scheme
We offer a voucher scheme of up to £2,600 per annum on a salary sacrifice basis. This effectively reduces your taxable gross earnings.
