Learning and development
VSO believes in working together to fulfil potential and we are committed to investing in your learning and development. You will start with a structured induction programme to introduce and orientate you within VSO and you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside highly talented people.
Appraisals are conducted annually and will give you the opportunity to plan your development objectives with your line manager. You’ll also have an opportunity to get 360-degree feedback from your colleagues.
Some of our learning opportunities are structured, whilst others are less formal, depending on your needs and you’ll be able to access our growing learning resources.
Study leave
We are committed to staff learning and you can access up to five days of study leave in any calendar year to participate in approved staff development activities.
