Kilimanjaro Challenge 1st - 12th June 2008 (For
UK employees only)
Welcome to Accenture's Kilimanjaro trek in aid of VSO's work in East Africa.
You will trek through five different eco-systems, sleep under a star-studded sky and watch the sun rise over the African plains from the highest free-standing mountain in the world.
This experience is enhanced by the opportunity to visit a VSO project and witness first hand the incredible things your support can achieve.
With a total of seven days trekking and an epic 'Summit Night' this is not a challenge for the fainthearted, but it is an achievable and enjoyable one. Here are some of the reasons why:
- Anyone willing to train can participate: you don't need any prior experience as it is a non-technical trek
- The trek operates on a sliding scale so that the more money you raise, the lower your individual costs are (you could go for as little as £300)
- You can easily extend your trip out there and spend more time in the area to explore independently
- You can use your 3 charity days for this event (therefore only needing to use 5 days of holiday)
You will be fully supported before, during and after the event. A doctor, professional tour guide and VSO representative will accompany you on the trek.

Fill in the registration form and email it to the events team. Pay your £300 deposit at www.vso.org.uk/giving/donate (do not tick Gift Aid and in the 'What brought you to the website' please write in other: Accenture Kili 08)
