Action grants
Active Communities supporters inspire their local communities to take action against global poverty and inequality and learn more about global issues that involve and affect us all. Action grants of £20-£100 are available to help Active Communities supporters deliver their projects, which:
increase knowledge and understanding of global issues
challenge the attitudes and behaviours that perpetuate global poverty and inequality
inspire and motivate others to take positive action against poverty.
Are Action grants for you?
We support a broad range of activities, however, we will not awards grants to:
projects without a UK focus
projects planned by an organisation not an individual
projects solely aimed at fundraising
cover equipment purchases or salaries.

How to apply
We accept applications all year round. Send us your ideas with our inspiration form and we will let you know if your application is eligible.
