Health Information Evening, Edinburgh

VSO is hosting a Health Information Evening for health professionals interested in volunteering overseas. The evening will be held on Thursday 13th October 2011 (630pm - 830pm) at The Melting Pot, 5 Rose Street, Edinburgh, EH2 2PR.

The day aims to bring volunteering with VSO as a health professional to life. You'll hear from returned health professionals, giving a personal account of what it’s really like to be a VSO volunteer. There will be a presentation on VSO covering the practicalities involved in volunteering, and the skills and experience we look for. You will be able to get your questions answered and chat informally with staff and returned volunteers.
