BUPA London 10,000

Congratulations to all of our fantastic VSO runners who took part in the 2009 Bupa London 10,000!

We are now looking for a VSO team for the Bupa London 10,000 2010 which will take place on Monday 31st May.

This exciting 10K events takes place in the heart of London, starting and finishing in St James Park, and promises to be a spectacular race and a day to remember. The course may even be part of the 2012 Olympic marathon course.

Why support VSO?

If you choose to run for VSO, the money that you raise will go towards our work in over 40 of the world's poorest countries where our volunteers make a lasting contribution in the fight against poverty.

How do I sign up?

As a charity we have a number of guaranted places, which will be offered to those who are motivated to take up the challenge and raise funds on behalf VSO. The money that you raise will go towards our work in over 40 of the world's poorest countries where our volunteers make a lasting contribution in the fight against poverty.

How much will I have to fundraise?

If you are successful in obtaining your own place there is no minimum sponsorship requirement and so we will be grateful for any sponsorship you can raise for us (however we would of course love for you to aim high!)

If you register for a VSO place we ask that you pledge to reach a fundraising target of £275. We will not charge you a registration fee.

What support will I receive?

If you choose to run for VSO we will be on hand to provide you with all the fundraising and training support that you may need. You also receive the following:

• A VSO fundraising pack
• A VSO training programme
• A VSO running T-shirt
• On the big day - a crowd of enthusiastic VSO supporters to cheer you on!
