Teacher's Got Talent

Welcome to VSO’s first Teacher’s Got Talent; a whole-school fundraising challenge for primary and secondary schools, to learn about global issues and raise vital funds to enable VSO volunteers to fight poverty.

What is Teacher’s Got Talent?

Students turn the tables on their teachers by teaching them a new skill! Teachers nominate themselves to learn a skill, whilst students put themselves forward to share one of their skills. The skill could be anything from keepie-ups, playing an instrument, speaking a foreign language, rapping, to a cultural dance. Everyone then votes for which teacher they’d like to learn which skill!

How do I organise our Teacher’s Got Talent?

It’s easy! Register for a Teacher’s Got Talent pack which includes everything you need to run your Teacher’s Got Talent challenge: there’s an assembly plan and great animated film to kick things off, a step by step challenge guide, posters, global citizenship activities for lessons and after school clubs and more!
