Staying involved with VSO in Ireland
Returned volunteers are encouraged to contact the office to stay in touch with us. We need your help in advising outgoing volunteers and promoting volunteering in Ireland.
VSO volunteers are also encouraged to contact Comhlamh, the Irish association for returned development workers. Returned VSO volunteers get one years' free membership with Comhlamh. Comhlamh educate and campaign on global justice issues, with a focus on global trade, global migration and development aid and cooperation.
VSO Ireland local groups
VSO has two active local groups in Ireland: one in Dublin and one in Belfast. Local groups are returned volunteers who meet regularly to give support to outgoing and returned volunteers.
