E- Learning & IT training co-ordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join VSOs International IT Team and help to design, build and deliver eLearning packages to support the organisation through a period of change.

VSO is gearing up to deliver a number of strategic business change projects, training of staff in new business processes and IT systems is crucial to the success of these projects. Staff affected by these projects are distributed globally and we recognise that the best way to deliver consistent training regardless of location is to use eLearning technology.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent knowledge of a broad range of eLearning technologies and learning management systems. You will be capable of project managing the full eLearning lifecycle from conceptual design to ensuring content can be delivered to end users globally. You will also be able to run training sessions in person, and using web conferencing technology.

You would need significant workplace experience of developing training materials that can be used in a wide range of settings. For further information on the role, please see the attached job description.
