Programme funding
In addition to UK government funding, we need to raise £10 million each year in the UK to continue our vital work. By providing financial support for our programmes you can help to ensure our work with poor and disadvantaged communities continues.
Our programmes focuses on six goal areas:
disability – to support disabled people’s rights and promote their inclusion in their societies
education – to improve the quality of and increase accessibility to education for millions of disadvantaged children, especially girls
health – to support disadvantaged people’s rights to physical, mental and social well-being
HIV and AIDS – to combat stigma, support prevention and increase treatment and care for those infected and affected
participation and governance – to strengthen people’s participation in communities and decisions affecting their lives
secure livelihoods – to empower disadvantaged people to make a viable living.
You can donate to an area that aligns with your company’s priorities or objectives, or to a country that you have operations in.
If you would like to make a company donation please email corporate.partnerships@vso.org.uk or telephone 020 8780 7361.
