Our structure > Our senior management team

The senior management team (SMT) is the main decision-making group within VSO with responsibility for leading on:

policy
group and departmental objectives and budgets
setting terms and conditions for the employment of staff

The Senior Management Team is ultimately answerable to the VSO Board of Trustees. SMT advises the Board on matters for which the Trustees have responsibility and acts within the broad policies agreed by the Board of Trustees.
