VSO - Sharing Skills, Changing Lives3 Peaks Challenge 2008Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September 2008This is a challenge of a lifetime and will require you to work as part of a team in order to climb the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales in 24 hours. Primarily a team building exercise this challenge commands both mental and physical fitness as teams of 5-7 people aim to climb 3,407 metres, walk 23 miles and 2 support crew drive 400 miles.Working as part of a team the first part of the challenge will be to achieve the fundraising and training targets. Entry is just £250 with a minimum sponsorship of £5,000. We also encourage each team to take on at least one of the mountains before the big event and discover who has the ultimate map reading skills.
