    Taking a long term approach to volunteering


    (October 2005)

    The story of VSO Uganda's work with KIDADE (a non-governmental organisation supporting agricultural communities) shows how a succession of volunteers working with a partner organisation over a number of years can help bring about lasting change. It is a good example of how a long term view with a range of different types of volunteer can make a real difference.
