Job Description

Design and implementation of training programmes in risk assessment, health and safety at work, maintenance of equipment including generators, back up power supply systems, solar power systems, radios, power tools, electrical equipment and maintenance scheduling. Design and lead a course in chainsaw operation including cross cutting and felling, felling hung up trees and all health and safety aspects. Set up maintenance schedule for the trucks and 2 generators and train key personnel in basic service


Requirements

Proven record in maintenance management and use of small diesel and petrol generators, power tools, backup power supply systems - a working knowledge of routine vehicle service/maintenance a definite advantage. Chainsaw licence required.
