The ATLAS company is a private limited liability company based in the main industrial hub of Ghana. It has over the years work in partnership with other private companies in providing business services to Ghanaian exporters.

A volunteer is required to:

• Access the viability and performance of ATLAS Company’s machines installed for lathe, drilling, overhauling of diesel engines and equipment
• Conduct staff appraisals to determine the training needs for them in the machine/workshop department
• Build the capacity of staff to repair/service fuel injector pumps
• If need be assist in the recruitment of competent staff for the maintenance department /workshop
• Provide recommendations to Atlas company on gaps and possible way forward

• A qualification (certificate/degree) in Business Administration, Accounting and/or Management would be desirable
• Experience of training, facilitation and presenting
• A strong commitment to improving the lot of poor and disadvantaged women, children and men and the disabled
