You will aid the development and installation of a system to govern the operations of the micro finance scheme that is responsive to the needs of clients and at the same time become self-sustaining. You will create a quality model that is efficient and sustainable. This will include assessing the existing micro finance scheme and identifying weaknesses. You will assess the quality of the existing group based loan portfolio and advise on repayments and defaults, as well as helping to prepare a proposal for funding support.

• The Volunteer should possess an MBA (Finance Option)
• He/She should have been involved in managing Micro-Finance institutions for a minimum of five (5) years
• The volunteer should also possess expertise in enterprise restructuring and governance
• He/She should demonstrate capabilities in developing micro-finance schemes from NGO’s status to formal micro-finance bank
