STEP ONE: Search for opportunities > Advocacy and Campaigning

Developing communities need effective advocacy strategies to change attitudes to HIV & AIDS, education, gender and disability. In 2007 we're looking for 25 advocacy, policy and campaigning professionals to work with organisations in countries such as Ghana, Uganda, The Philippines, Cambodia and others.

You'll need a degree level qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in advocacy, policy or campaigning. Depending on the type of placement, you’ll also need experience in policy analysis, advocacy strategies, research tools and methodologies, awareness raising and media campaigns.
